my current job.

- MIS Technician - Midwest Stamping, Bowling Green, OH
- Responsible for assisting in day to day computer operations
- Built and maintained PC systems
- Assisted in the migration from a
Novell network to a Windows NT/Windows 95 network
- May 1996 - October 1996
- Computer Technician- Stone Computer, Toledo, OH
- Responsible for building new custom computer
systems
- Performed repairs on existing systems
- Provided technical
advice to computer buyers
- December 1995 - May 1997
- Computer Consultant- Faculty/Staff/Grad Workroom, BGSU
- Responsible for maintaining the lab, which contains IBM,
Macintosh, and mainframe terminals.
- Troubleshot hardware and software
problems, and repair them promptly if possible
- Assisted clients with
the operation of the various software packages available. This includes word
processing, graphics manipulation, and the operation of two scanners,
which can be used to scan images or text.
- October 1994 - May 1997
- Microsupport Technician, BGSU Computer Services
- Responsible for operating microcomputer labs containing IBM
compatible and Macintosh computers. This includes knowing how to operate
UCS owned software, troubleshooting software and hardware problems,
operating print servers and printers, and performing some maintenance to
hardware and software.
